How to help...
This is very much an inclusive event open to all University of Leeds staff along with their friends and family. In order to register for the team please email us at 80days@leeds.ac.uk and we will add you to the team sheet.
Once you have registered all you need to do is to let us know how far you move each day under your own power. For example walking to work, playing golf, swimming, cycling or anything else you can think of where you move yourself from A to B.
